Discuss the assignment
As soon as you contact us, we will schedule a meeting to discuss your wishes and the purpose of the valuation. We will take the time to answer questions and explain what the valuation process looks like. After the meeting, you will receive an order confirmation with an overview of what we are going to do, when you can expect the report and what the costs are.
Gathering data
Do you agree and have you signed the order confirmation? Then we will get to work for you. First we collect data from the Land Registry and other public registers, such as the soil counter. We also check whether there is a zoning plan or management regulation.
Thorough home inspection
Step three is a thorough inspection of the property. We look at the state of maintenance, the finished touches of the property and the facilities. No detail is overlooked.
Analysis and delivery
Back at the office, we analyze all the information we have collected. We also include information from our NVM database, such as information about the district and neighborhood, references and competition. All of this results in a value judgment, which we work out in an NWWI-validated valuation report.
